Since 2006 we have been a premier wedding DJ company in the Greater Houston area, providing the best DJ’s, Master of Ceremonies and Event Coordinators in the industry. In 2012 we changed our company name to Access DJ’s in order to provide a new emerging service and for a modern client: The NEW tech-savvy bride and grooms. This new generation is accomplishing just about everything online 24/7 from Laptop, cellphones, and tablets. We decided to provide our clients with full ACCESS to all of their planning and music 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We have since created for our Bride, Grooms, and other clients the tools they need to bring their visions to life. Our second major change was to make sure that the event planning was created specifically to the unique needs of our diversified city’s residents. this was not an easy task to accomplish in the fourth largest city. Our online tools start with a basic timeline and end with a one on one meeting to add the details that are distinctive to you, your fiancé and your family’s traditions.

When needed, we can also provide your event with a professional Video Jockey to play the top Video's from the 1950's Sock Hops, the 80's Video Invasion, to the current Top 40 Videos from the music playing on the radio. We offer our Bilingual Event Services free of charge. If your wedding or event needs a bilingual Master of Ceremonies, we can make all of the announcements for you. Only the Standard event cost is applied.

Houston has 2 off seasons. January, February and March in the winter and during the hot months of July, August and September. If you are having an event during these time frames, then take advantage of our $500 DJ Package. Our Video Jockey Packages start from $750 if you provide the audio-visual components and $1250 to $1500 for 5 hours if we provide a 20ft x 13ft Screen and Projector for you. Each additional screen will cost $750. This is a great package for large events, clubs, and corporate events.

Our Wedding Packages start out at $650 for a 4 hour reception and $200 for the additional hour of the ceremony if needed. However, off season brides should see our $500 Wedding Packages above, to see if they qualify. Also, we have discounts for Friday and Sunday Brides. No matter what your budget is, give us a call and we will do our very best to give you a great price. Everything is negociable and affordable.

Our Standard 4 Hour Party DJ Packages start at $100 per hour (Fri & Sun) to $150 per hour (Sat). These are evening prices. For daytime events, please call us to see if we can offer a better price. We have very affordable packages and upgrades for most budgets,

A Little About Us

Access DJ's was formed in 2006 in Houston. We are an entertainment company that has a great time bringing good clean music fun to our clients. All of the music is radio edited and for some of our music, we have to go beyond the radio edits. We do our own special remixes to clear certain words that are considered proper on the radio but not at all family gatherings or corporate events.

Why we do the things we do ♫♪♫

Our company was created with the desire to provide a dj company that can go into places of worship, corporations and celebrations with the same values that we have. Not to long ago, music didn't have vulgar words or explicit themes. We are trying to provide that same type of ambientes of those times.

Does this mean that Access DJ's is different than other dj's and other dj companies? Unless you are paying close attention, you would never know the difference. The company plays the same radio top 40 just like everyone else. But we will not play sexually explicit or vulgar music. We do not even carry it in our databases. However, because we are part of a national database, you will see these songs in there.

So if your grandmother, mother, church family, boss, hr manager, little kids or Pastor are going to be at the event, you will not have to worry about something bad or embarrassing suddenly playing. You can definitely trust Access DJ's to be your entertainers.

John from Access DJs was on hand to make our wedding go off without a hitch. He has a great system that we used to list some of our favorite songs for him, and we later had a Facetime session with him to make sure we were on the same page. While we hired John as a DJ, we wound up getting much, much more than that. John was able to implicitly understand what was needed when and managed the flow of the evening at a perfect pace. We had a band come on later in the night, and John handled transitions with them and their breaks perfectly. John is a consummate pro and we would highly recommend him!

Two days ago we had our wedding reception at the Magnolia Ballroom. In the months, weeks, and days leading up to the event he was extremely responsive via phone and was extremely helpful. By the time my wife and I arrived, he was waiting curbside for us to get our door and let us know how the entrance into the event would go. He even had drinks waiting for us if we wanted them.

We gave him a playlist before hand of songs we think would be good, but he stepped us up even one more as made the dance floor more natural by picking the right songs for the moment, taking song requests, and more

We recently used Access DJ for our wedding. The whole process was very excellent. From our initial meeting to the event, John Ortiz was very professional and did a great job. As mentioned in the other review, the Customer portal was very easy to use and I think it helped us get the right music for a special day. On the day of the event, John did a great job with the music during our ceremony and the reception music was awesome. We highly recommend Access DJ.
